Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick won the GOP committee’s backing for another run for office Thursday night, confirms party chairman Tom Dadey.
Dadey says Fitzpatrick won by a ‘convincing majority’.
“Thank you for making me your Republican nominee for District Attorney! The committee support was overwhelming and the Republican Party is solidly behind us. Almost 90% of the vote was with us. On to November,” he wrote on a Facebook page called Fitzpatrick for the People.
