SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Some furry friends had a pawsome time Monday because they got to take part in Bark in the Park.
Dogs of all breeds were welcome to come out to NBT Bank Stadium to watch the Syracuse Mets take on the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Rail Riders.
Proceeds from a $5 dog ticket will benefit local rescue groups.
“I think events like this are perfect. We will do more. We bring the doggies to the hockey one too, so we try to get out as much as we can,” said Ryan Millard of Camillus.
Before the game, dogs got to strut their stuff in the Mets-Minster Dog Show Parade.
