OSWEGO, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The pedestrian who was hit by a pickup truck in Oswego on Tuesday has been identified.
Donald Bucher, 60, of Oswego, was hit by a pickup truck as he was trying to cross State Route 104 on Tuesday just after 12 p.m.
Investigators say a pickup truck was turning eastbound onto State Route 104 from West 7th Street when it hit Bucher, who was crossing State Route 104, headed northbound.
Bucher suffered extensive injuries and was taken by ambulance to Oswego Hospital, where he died.
No charges have been filed at this time.
