UPDATE: Woman identified, arrested for setting person on fire in Ithaca

UPDATE: Ithaca Police say the woman accused of setting someone on fire in a car on May 14 was identified as Bonnie Camacho, and arrested after a search warrant of her home was executed.

Camacho was arraigned in Ithaca City Court on the charge of attempted murder in the second degree, and was remanded to the Tompkins County Jail on $50,000 bail.

ITHACA, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Ithaca Police want you to take a good look at this woman. She’s a person of interest after another person was set on fire inside of their car.

It happened around 9 a.m. Friday morning in a parking lot on Chestnut Street in Ithaca. The victim was taken by helicopter to a regional hospital.
