A fourth person has now been arrested and charged in connection to Saturday’s double homicide at Chili’s.

53-year-old Tracy Brown and 47-year-old Ronald Green have been charged with murder in the second degree.

A fourth person, 30-year-old Ryan Brown has been arrested for allegedly hindering prosecution.

Ryan Brown was acquitted of killing another man earlier this year.

Tracy Brown is accused of providing the gun to William Wood Jr, the suspected shooter.

Onondaga County District Attorney Bill Fitzpatrick tells NewsChannel 9 that Brown provided the gun used in the murders of Steve Gudknecht and Kris Hicks, both employees at the Chili’s along Erie Boulevard East in DeWitt.

In addition to second-degree murder, Green is facing endangering the welfare of a child charges.

The DA’s office tells NewsChannel 9 Green was the getaway driver for Wood.

Wood Jr. was identified by DeWitt Police only hours after the shootings and was arrested early Sunday in Fulton. According to the New York State Sex Offender Registry, Wood is a Level 2 sex offender, convicted of having sex with a 16-year-old girl.

He is facing two counts of first-degree murder and one count of first-degree robbery.

Onondaga County District Attorney Bill Fitzpatrick says Gudknecht and Hicks were “executed” by Wood, who is also accused of stealing hundreds of dollars from the restaurants after the shootings.

Two other employees survived.

Fitzpatrick said Wood had intentions to kill all four people inside the Chili’s that night, but his gun apparently jammed.
