A man showed up at Upstate University Hospital Monday night after police say he was shot in the chest.
Officers were called to the hospital around 9:45 p.m. after they were told a male in his 30s showed up in a private vehicle in serious condition.
The man’s identity has not been released, but he told police he was shot on South Salina Street near Wood Avenue before he arrived at the hospital.
There is no suspect description available.
