CICERO, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Moving from East Syracuse to Cicero recently, a tele-medicine pharmacy is hiring 20 people in its expansion.
Now located in the plaza next to Cicero-North Syracuse High School, Propel Pharmacy serves thousands of online customers across the country. Services include connecting people to at-home STD testing and getting access to birth control.
“We’re doing 13, almost 14,000 orders last week for the website. It has 200,000 users, so it’s quite a big project and there’s big need for us to do more volume,” said Sarah Huber, a pharmacist at Propel.
The expansion is part of a $750,000 investment into the company’s Central New York location.
