Red-Tailed Hawks hatch in nest on SU Hill

Local News

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — There are signs of new life on the SU Hill.

The Red-Tailed Hawk nest at Lyman Hall has two chicks.

Parents SU Sue and Otto started fixing up the nest in March, and now two chicks have hatched.

There is another egg, too, so we’re keeping a close eye on the nest to see when the other chick hatches.
