Sandy Creek man accused of having mobile meth lab in his vehicle

OSWEGO COUNTY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A Sandy Creek man is facing drug charges after a possible methamphetamine lab was found in his vehicle.

James R. Wilcox, 30, of Sandy Creek, is accused of having a possible methamphetamine lab in his vehicle.

Wilcox has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine.

Wilcox is also charged with resisting arrest after allegedly fleeing a Sheriff’s deputy on foot following a traffic stop.

Wilcox was sent to the Oswego County Jail and is set to appear in the Town of Sandy Creek Court in June.
