Seneca County woman facing child endangerment charges for allegedly leaving children in car while she shopped

SENECA COUNTY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A Seneca County woman has been charged with child endangerment, accused of leaving her three children in the car while she went shopping.

The incident happened on Wednesday at the WalMart Super Store in Seneca Falls.

Police say Natasha Smith, 36, of Romulus, left her 10-year-old, nine-year-old and two-year-old in the car for more than 25 minutes.

Smith is due back in court at a later date to answer to the charges.
