SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A software glitch is affecting Syracuse’s new bike-share program, forcing Gotcha to pull bikes from the streets.
A spokesperson tells us there has been a high volume of ridership since Gotcha launched earlier this month and that has revealed some tech issues.
