Local News

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — On My Team 16 announced their second stair climb event will take place on November 23rd.

You can now register to climb 20 flights of stairs at the State Tower building in Syracuse.

Each flight of stairs is dedicated to a child who has battled and beat cancer, who is battling cancer or who has sadly lost their battle with cancer.

“Seeing it first hand gives you a crazy perspective of what these children go through and the need of the families, along with the child who’s going through this,” said Bryan Langdon, former oncology nurse at

Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital.”Parents are overwhelmed with the support of groups such as this and enjoy the fact that people are behind them.”
