ALBION, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — New York State Police are investigating a deadly motorcycle crash in Oswego County.
Troopers tell NewsChannel 9 that the call first came in around 8 p.m. along State Route 104 between Albion Cross Road and County Route 22 in the Town of Albion.
The investigation has revealed that Cody G. Pollic, 25, of Richland was heading east on his 1988 Harley Davidson motorcycle. He lost control around a curve, was thrown from the bike and hit a tree.
Pollic died at the crash scene.
State Police was assisted at the scene by Albion Fire Department and NOCA ambulance.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
