State Police have arrested a Jefferson County doctor who they say had sexual contact with multiple adult patients at a Watertown Veteran Affairs clinic.
Dr. Jerome Cuyler, 74, was charged with six counts forcible touching, five counts of third-degree sexual abuse and one count of fourth-degree aggravated sexual abuse for multiple incidents that allegedly occurred in 2016.
Cuyler was arrested on Thursday.
He was arraigned in Watertown Town Court and was released on his own recognizance.
