State Police: Woman killed in Oswego County crash was not wearing a seat-belt

Local News

State Police are continuing to investigate after a woman was killed in a one-car crash in Oswego County.

Troopers say 32-year-old Jacklyn Muolo, of Altmar, was driving west on County Route 22 on Monday when she failed to negotiate a curve. She kept going west on the south shoulder, struck a tree and overturned.

Muolo was partially ejected and State Police say there were no signs that she was wearing a seatbelt.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash is still under investigation.
