RISINGVILLE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — New York State Police announced the arrest of Kristopher Vosburgh, a 43-year-old man from Risingville, following a yearlong investigation into sexual abuse crimes.
Vosburgh was charged with Sex Abuse in the First Degree (D Felony, 49 counts of Sex Abuse in the Second Degree (A Misdemeanor) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (A Misdemeanor).
The charges stem from a complaint made to NYSP in 2013 about Vosburgh’s interactions with a child at a residence in the Town of Corning, N.Y.
He was taken to the Steuben County Jail to be held for CAP Court arraignment.
