SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The fall semester will be here before you know it and colleges and universities are making plans for students to return safely.
On Wednesday, SUNY Chancellor Jim Malatras visited Onondaga Community College to talk with students and staff.
SUNY will require all in-person students to be vaccinated against COVID-19 before returning to campus this fall.
