CLAY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — New York State Police arrested Tanya L. Doyle, age 41, of Syracuse, New York for DWAI-drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor.

State Police responded to State Route 31 for a reported vehicle submerged in a retention pond just before 8:30 p.m.

Officials say the investigation determined a 2004 Chevrolet Trail Blazer, operated by Doyle, was traveling East on Route 31 when she lost control, crossed into oncoming traffic, jumped the curb, and drove into the pond.

Doyle was transported to SP Lysander for processing and issued an appearance ticket. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Clay Court on August 3, 2021 at 4:30 p.m.
