SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The City of Syracuse provided an update on this year’s Deer Management Program. Sixty-five deer were removed in February and March.

Because of the pandemic, the start of the program was delayed. The effort was able to provide nearly 2,000 pounds of venison, equaling 5,700 meals for donation.
