Local News

As winter turns to spring tens of thousands of birds like ducks, geese and swans are landing at the Montezuma Wetlands Complex.

The Montezuma Audobon Center says this week is a prime time to see the spectacle, with more than 30 species of waterfowl stopping at the complex, including: Snow Geese, Tundra Swans and Ring-necked Duck

The 50,000 acre Montezuma Wetlands Complex is the largest habitat restoration project in the Northeast United States.
