DEWITT, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) Friday’s Question of the Day featured the workout routine of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, which includes 20 push-ups.
On Friday’s date, 26 years ago, Ruth Bader Ginsburg was nominated to the U.S. Supreme Court by President Bill Clinton.
Not only does the 86-year-old justice keep her mind sharp, but she has a strict and pretty intense workout regimen. Ginsburg does an elliptical warm-up, squats, planks, medicine ball tosses (she uses a 12-pounder), and also 20 push-ups. She does it all while listening to classical music.
