Victims in deadly crash in Schoharie have ties to Seneca Falls

Seneca Falls, N.Y. (WROC-TV) - One of the victims in the fatal limo crash in Schoharie Saturday has ties to Seneca Falls. 

Rob Dyson, a 2002 grad from Mynderse Academy in Seneca Falls, and his wife were among the victims.

Superintendent of the Seneca Falls Central School District, Robert McKeveny, issued the following statement, upon hearing the news.

“The Seneca Falls Central School District community mourns the death of Mynderse Academy graduate Robert Dyson, Class of 2002. Robert was a person of great character and was always thinking of others. He was well liked by all. He was a great family person. The District sends its heartfelt condolences to the victims’ families.”

Members of the Mynderse Class of '22 set up a GoFundMe page, to help the three-year-old son the couple leaves behind. The funds from the GoFundMe will be given to Rob’s mother.
