Three chef co-owners are working to open their third venture in Baldwinsville — The Chef & The Cook.
The restaurant is located at the corner of Syracuse and Marble streets, across from the Red Mill Inn, and will offer three menus — casual, an upscale raw bar menu and another that will feature fun flair.
DeAnna Germano, Mark Germano and Jason Jessmore are already in business together with restaurant Cocaire in Elbridge and also Che4Rent, a local in-home meal delivery service.
“Everything’s going to be different,” said DeAnna Germano about The Chef & The Cook. “People will be familiar with the ingredients, just not the presentation.”
The restaurant will feature indoor and outdoor seating both with intimate settings, Germano said.
Guests will find an outdoor bar and also fresh herbs and other ingredients in planters on the restaurant’s deck.
The trio says The Chef & The Cook will open later this month. The exact opening date will be announced on their social media, including Facebook.
