A woman has died following a head-on crash involving four vehicles in Tompkins County on Friday.
According to deputies, 63-year-old Kathleen Downes was traveling north on Route 13 when she clipped a car in the left lane while she was trying to merge from the right lane.
Downes’ car spun into the median and into oncoming traffic, hitting two vehicles head-on.
The crash occurred in Lansing around 2 p.m.
