If you’ve owned international stock mutual fund you’ve probably been disappointed in its performance.
They haven’t performed nearly as well as U.S. stock funds.
When financial adviser Rick Reagan looks at the performance of the two funds, he actually thinks there is a real chance of a turnaround.
Right now a premium is being paid for U.S. stocks, even moreso over the past few years.
The U.S. evaluation has had a short rise up while the international evaluation isn’t nearly as high.
Currently there is a twenty-five percent difference in the evaluations.
The international stocks look like a reasonable buy whereas U.S. stocks look fairly valued.
Reagan’s advice is if you have international mutual funds, stick with it, and if you don’t have international funds, you might want to look at them because of their value.
