Lemell D. Marshall, this week’s Fugitive of the Week, was wanted for drug sales and possession by the Syracuse Police.
Marshall, 42, was one of two remaining people wanted by the Attorney General’s Office in relation to an April roundup.
He turned himself in after seeing his profile on NewsChannel 9.
Marshall has 41 arrests in Onondaga County dating back to 1995. Past arrests include drug charges, assault, menacing, robbery, weapon possession, and parole violations.
