Rochester man pleads ‘not guilty’ to charges for involvement in January 6th Capitol attack

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A Rochester man plead not guilty today to charges pertaining to hius alleged involvement in the January 6th Capitol attack.  

Domenic “Spaz” Pezzola is accused of stealing a police shield, smashing open a U.S. Capitol window and joining the front line of insurrectionists who faced a solitary police officer on a stairwell.  He joined Syracuse area Proud Boy Matthew Greene during the riot. Greene is in federal custody awaiting his next court appearance.
