A town of Clay man has pleaded guilty to manslaughter in connection with the death of his infant daughter in November 2016.
Brian Wilson was accused of assaulting his 9-month-old daughter in November, causing her to suffer from a brain hemorrhage, among other injuries.
His charges escalated to manslaughter when she died a few days later at Strong Memorial Hospital, where she was previously treated.
Wilson will be sentenced sometime in October, according to the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office.
His sentence will be between 15 and 25 years.
