NEDROW, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The facade work on Green Hills Plaza is complete, as the owners try to attract new tenants.

So far, the commercial realtor for Pyramid Brokerage Company tells NewsChannel 9 he has nothing new to announce.

The realtor says negotiations are underway with different retailers, but no deals have been finalized.

Earlier this year, Planet Fitness opened in the old K-Mart store.
