FAIRMOUNT, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — We know the old Panda Express in Cicero is being transformed into a Chipotle. Bruce has asked what about the one in Fairmount? He says it looks like an eyesore on the busy strip.
When you drive by now, you’ll see the Starbucks logo on the side of the old Chinese restaurant. The town supervisor confirms it will be a Starbucks. She says now that the sign is up, work inside is next.
