Auburn armed bank robber arrested in Pennsylvania

On the Lookout

(WSYR-TV) — Auburn Police say the man that robbed the Generations Bank on June 5 was arrested by a Pennsylvania State Trooper on July 4.

Dustin Hall was located at a truck stop after a license plate reader indicated a vehicle in his name had been popping up in the WNY area.

PA Troopers made contact with Hall after he left the station. Hall didn’t listen and tried running away. He was arrested after a short chase.

Hall had two loaded firearms on him at the time of the arrest. He’s being charged in Pennsylvania and being held on $150,000 bail. Hall has the right to an extradition hearing before being brought back to New York to face his robbery charge.
