SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Fans are decked out in orange and getting ready to root for their teams. But before they rock the Dome, Syracuse and Clemson fans are going to be flocking to restaurants and bars for plenty of pre-game hoopla.
Saturday’s game is the first the sell out in 20 years and people are coming from across the country. We’ve spoken to SU fans that made the way here from California. We’ve also run into quite a few Tiger fans. One group of ladies travels together to every road game, but this is their first time here in Syracuse.
Classes are getting out here on The Hill as we inch closer to kick off. One thing the Clemson fans did says how much they enjoy the infrastructure in the set up on campus.
When we asked them what they knew about the Dome, all of them responded with the same answer: It is hot in there!
Hopefully, the Tigers will be feeling the heat Saturday, Clemson’s last regular-season loss was right here in Syracuse back in 2017.
