Former Syracuse University football and lacrosse star Jim Brown — a pro football Hall of Famer, actor, author, and civil rights activist — returned to his alma mater for homecoming, where he took time to meet with a small group of reporters.
Brown addressed a wide array of topics — from the state of SU football, to new head coach Dino Babers, social activism among prominent athletes, and NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick’s national anthem protest over racial injustice.
