MOBILE, A.L. (WSYR-TV) –
The Onondaga All-Stars capped off their stay in Mobile, Alabama on Saturday with a Babe Ruth World Series Championship. Onondaga defeated Alabama 6-5 for the title.
Dan Davis got the win for Onondaga and was named Tournament MVP. Jake Sanders drove in two runs for Onondaga. Sanders also came in to earn the save.
It’s Onondaga’s second World Series Championship, and first since 2012.
