The Syracuse women’s lacrosse team extended their winning streak to four games with a 16-11 win over Virginia Saturday at the Carrier Dome.
Emily Hawryschuk paced the Orange offense with a team-high four goals. Midfielder Mary Rahal led the team in points with two goals and three assists.
The Orange scored the lion’s share of their points in the first half, out-scoring the Cavaliers 10-5.
Goalie Asa Goldstock had six saves in the win.
No. 4 ranked Syracuse (6-1) will travel to Maryland for a Noon matchup on Saturday, March 9.
