Former Bills guard Richie Incognito is accused of making threats against at a Arizona funeral home while making arrangements following the death of his father, according to reports.
The arrest comes months after Incognito was arrested in Florida for another incident and Incognito’s strange retirement from football.
According to ProFootballTalk, Scottsdale police arrested Incognito on Monday for disorderly conduct and threats.
Citing sources, ProFootballTalk reports Incognito was acting erratically while making arrangements for his father and, at one point, made a gun gestures towards an employee while saying he had guns in his truck.
According to the report, weapons were found in Incognito’s truck.
The incident follows a strange “will he, won’t he” retirement, from the Bills for Incognito and an incident in Florida where Incognito was arrested in a separate case.
In May, Boca Raton police were called to an upscale gym after another man said Incognito threw a tennis ball and dumbbell at him.
Incognito was forced to undergo a mental evaluation after the incident, according to reports.
