ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Another algal bloom has been spotted on Skaneateles Lake. The Onondaga County Health Department says chlorine levels have been boosted in the public water system as a precaution, although this bloom is not near the water intakes.
Water samples have been sent for testing.
The algal bloom found earlier in the week has gone away.
