SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) –
In just a few days Jim Boeheim and the Syracuse men’s basketball team will head overseas to play four exhibition games in Italy.
Freshman John Bol Ajak though won’t be making the trip. Syracuse athletics told News Channel 9 that it is Visa Issues that are causing Ajak to stay back.
The 6’10” freshman was born in Sudan. Last season he played at Westtown School, a prep school in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Syracuse first exhibition game in Italy is August 12th.
