Two critically injured in Rome motorcycle crash

ROME, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Two people are in critical condition after a motorcycle collision in Rome on Wednesday morning.

The Oneida County Sheriff’s say Thurston Rudd and his passenger, kelly Sabia, were driving on Taber Road around 1:30 a.m. when they collided with another motorcycle.

Rudd and Sabia were taken to SUNY Upstate Hospital where they are listed in critical condition. The driver of the other motorcycle was taken to Rome memorial hospital and is in stable condition.

The accident is still under investigation. No arrests have been made and no tickets have been issued.
