(WSYR-TV) — Utica Polic responded to a shooting on Saturday morning around 1:30 a.m. at Lennox Avenue.
When they arrived they found a victim with gunshot wounds to the face and groin. He was taken to the local hospital but then airlifted to Upstate Medical Center for treatment. He is in critical condition but is expected to survive.
A suspect was taken in for questioning, but no charges have been announced.
The investigation is ongoing.
