CAYUGA COUNTY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — William LeVea has been denied parole again. He is currently serving a six-to-18-year sentence for a road rage crash that killed a Camillus man in 2009.
LeVea, who is now 88, was speeding and drunk when he repeatedly rammed Christopher Spack’s pickup, sending it spinning into the path of another truck.
LeVea is not scheduled to appear before the parole board again until July 2021.
