Record warmth occurred not by day but night in Syracuse the last few days!

Storm Team Headlines

Yes, we didn’t have any record highs Saturday or Sunday, despite the 90+ degree temperatures, but we did set a new record high low Saturday of 73°, including the warmest overnight low in the month of June ever recorded since 1902!

That’s right, the temperature never dipped below 78° on Sunday which broke the all time record high low temperature which was 77° set back on June 7th, 1999!

The low as of Monday morning was 81°, but thanks to a few stronger storms moving through late Monday afternoon/evening the temperature dropped to 76° making it the low for the day. This was still warm enough to break the old record low of 73° Monday.
